I'm the color hostess this week - and my colors are Pool Party, Daffodil Delight and Certainly Celery.
My dessert option is to use twine in an unusual way - so I made a frame around my image with it!
First I embossed a Nestability square on the card. I adhered ScorTape around the outside of the frame and laid 3 colors of twine around the outside of the frame - starting at the top center and ending at the bottom right corner.
I also made a little pom pom out of the twine - wrapping it around a rectangle of cardboard - slipping it off the cardboard - tying a knot around the middle and cutting the loops on both ends. I fluffed the ends and adhered it over the ends of the twine in the right bottom corner with a glue dot.
I stamped the flower and sentiment images on a square of patterned paper, layered it to a square of Pool Party card stock and adhered it inside the embossed square with foam tape. I added green, yellow and blue rhinestones to the center of the flowers.
My stamps are from Rubbernecker , the patterned paper is October Afternoon Farmhouse and the twine is from The Twinery.
We hope you'll join us in the color challenge this week!

What a delightful creation! I love the baker's twine frame, and isn't that little pompom you created the cutest??
