The Ways to Use It challenge is "Let's Get Negative" - use the negative of a die cut on a card.
My original plan was to use the Nesties stars but they were too large for the effect I wanted so switched to the Martha Stewart punch. I punched it across a strip of shimmery blue cs and backed it with gold glitter cs. Added the sentiment and ribbon and popped it up on dimensionals on a blue cardbase.
I love this sentiment for sympathy cards. It is a great Eskimo legend/belief.

Your card is beautiful... I especially love the sentiment!
(I've had to make a couple sympathy cards recently, but not as beautiful as your card. I'm sure it'll cheer the receiver greatly.

This makes such a great effect....with the glittery paper behind those lovely little stars! So sorry for your friend, and I am sure you are experiencing a loss too!
