 | | Hi all! I thought I'd try my hand at submitting a card for the MFT Guest Contest. They're offering up a chance to guest design for a month plus win $200 worth of MFT stamps and die-namics!! How cool would that be?!  Crossing my fingers!
For my card, I used my Pure Innocence "You're So Tweet" stamp set and used colors from this week's Play Date Cafe Challenge (apricot, canary, rose and latte). Papers are Howdy Doody by My Mind's Eye and I colored the image with Copics (0, W1, W3, W5, E00, E11, E13, E25, E31, E51, E77, R20, R22, R24, Y00, Y11, Y15, YR000, YR00, YR23). I used MFT's Button Quartet and File Tab Die-namics, and I threaded some thin strips of DP through the button holes. The main image is up on foam tape and I paper pieced the dress with some more of the Howdy Doody DP (it's a real pale yellow pattern). |
