I cropped out the text and flipped the image but all else is the same as I found it on the site.
The Perfect Layers tools from Perfect Paper Crafting was used to cut the black borders. Use any brand craft knife or rotary cutter for cutting. A tutorial video can be found on the company site.
Punches and dies used for the flower arrangement:
Large flower: EK Success flower punch, unknown punch for white center and small light pink flowers, Sizzix button die for black centers.
Small flowers: Fiskars border punch, Sizzix button die for white circle centers.
Green foliage: Martha Stewart Branch punch.
The hot pink flowers were colored with Copic markers.
The Scor-Pal was used for the embossed the three lines on the image panel.
Paper: unknown white textured, Fiskars – black, Bazzill– green shimmer, Reminiscence – pink shimmer, unknown white and black shimmer

That vintage clip art image has always been a fav of mine, Roxie! You have made quite the stunning card with it! Love this card and am a big fan of Graphic Fairy, too !
