I had seen some cabinets online that other people were making and it just didn't get it for me. I knew my dad could make anything I showed him, so I took a picture of the one on the internet, and my friend and I drew out the plans for him. This holds 64 ink pads, 64 markers, 128 refills (when we USE to have the cartridge refills!) and 48 wheels. It's so solid you wouldn't believe it! This is not to take to workshops, just for me own personal use, so I don't have to get up and down 500 times while I'm working. The top is so slick, you can see yourself!

Tell your dad this is the most awesome storage unit I have ever seen...does he want to go into business...seriously, he did a tremendous job, but then, I don't need to tell you that, do I.

Great work DAD!! That is so nice, you are lucky to have it.
He has been taking orders, but is very slow to fill them. His health is not the greatest and he's slower than he used to be. He's done wood-working all his life, and I have some beautiful pieces including a small baby grand piano-music box. He has at least 10 waiting, but if you're interested, I'll add you to the list. Just send me an e-mail privately.
would you be willing to share the measurements. My father made me an ink storage and it took him weeks as he has a heart condition that only allows him to be able to work a little at a time. The ink storage he made me is not quite large enough for the pads to stay all the way in and sometimes they fall out. I can not see paying 70-90 dollars for something that I know my father can make as well. If you would like I would be willing to pay for the plans.
