Hello Again-
Happy Wednesday, back today with another 12 x 12 layout- this one is of St. Paddy's day at the parade.
The kids look forward to hanging by the curb and collecting candy for weeks leading up to the Irish parade, just a fun day for them.
I am sure most of you know that pinwheels are all the rage right now, rainbows and such can be seen all over crafty blogs. These rays were made with my SU DSP paper, and I had to draw them out by hand and tape the strips together on the back, not a very easy task to say the least.
The end result turned out so super cute...
I added a few clouds that I cut from my Papertrey Ink dies and one was cut with patterned paper, and the other was cut after I covered a piece of card stock with washi tape ( Heart & Clouds), I found this roll on Etsy, and I just love it.
That BIG shamrock was from the clearance rack at Michaels... Yay!! and the title was cut with my Cameo..
I think it looks super cute, and aside from the pinwheel paper element, this page was quick to put together..
Would love to hear your thoughts...?
I am off to hopefully get some more crafting done tonight... I have to admit that I have been using most of my FREE time these days to exercise and I feel super tired after, so I am really trying to find a balance... Hopefully I will soon..
See you next week, and Have a Super Holiday Weekend!

I have been struggling to use my DSP paper for anything. But this layout really inspired me. And what a great way to show off all the gorgeous colors. I admit I loved it so much that I made not one but three copies after I figured out the rainbow template. One for me and one for each of my parents for the scrapbook pages of my kids they get for christmas every year. TFS!!
I paired it with another layout from a fellow scrapbooker here (link below) and carried the blue and purple from your rainbow onto the edge of their layout. It worked beautifully together.
