I know a 12 year old might be a little to old for a clown, but he is a favorite of cats... and I really couldn't find any other entertainment on such short notice.. Read about it here.
Here is my attempt at a poem for today:
The Birthday party has just begun
We were all ready for some fun
A cake, some guest, even a clown
But Fuzzy Butt was nowhere around
We looked high and we looked low
Where in the world did that cat go
Then Tiger heard a faint little cry
Fuzzy Butt was hiding under the tie
I will try to get this out Thursday when I go into town. I popped up the balloons twice and the hat once.
The Tie is a digi from Clear Dollar Stamps designed by Lisa Lara called Ties for Him. Clown is a digi from Dustin Pike. Other embellishments were left off due to cat safety.
Thanks for looking.

What a fun card! I don't think anyone is too old for clowns especially such a happy one as yours. I am impressed that not only do you have a creative card you have a creative poem as well.

The tickets look great on that, and I noticed the tie straight away. Tiger looks like the cat that got the cream. I have a soft spot for marmalade/ginger cats - we had two when I was little.
