Today's color challenge colors are:
Concord Crush
Pear Pizzazz
Blushing Bride
Poppy Parade
Peach Parfait
Neutral white, ivory, black
But wait...before you panic, you only have to use three colors!
I do not have any of those in colors so I had to improvise to get the right shades! I first stamped my flowers onto watercolor paper in black Staz On ink. I then used my SU markers to build and layer color. I then used a water spritzer to spray and saturate my flowers. This allowed me to blend the colors just right. I also did this on the leaves.
I used a stylus to manipulate my leaves and blooms and shape them. After they dried, I then adhered them together and added some black glitter to the flower center. I kept my layout super simple to show off that flower, using white cardstock as both my base and my mat. The sentiment is stamped in black ink.
So the three colors I picked were Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait and Pear Pizzaz.
TFL!
