So I used the scallop scissors on the front edge of the card and sponged on the black ink. Then I made a slit on the front and attached the black strip to the back of the card. It holds the card closed almost like a belt.
Then I sponged red ink around the edges and stamped the greeting in the corner. I hole punched the going gray cardstock and attached the ribbon before gluing it to the card.
Next I stamped the kitty in stazon black and used my prismacolor pencils and the gamsol magic tutorial to color it. After attaching the cat to the card I used a template square to line up the black dots which I added with a marker.
This is one of my first few attempts at the gamsol technique.
