Joan's challenge for the TLC today was paper-piecing. My go-to stamps for that are Rubber Romance gals, and I did indeed get one out and stamped her onto several paper designs. And then I thought I should try something different to make it more of a challenge , especially after looking at Joan's gorgeous sample.
5 1/2" base, blue Bazzill for matting and photo corners, Basic Grey Perhaps for main layer and scraps for piecing. I chalked the background and then added the pieces. Stamped the postmark from French Foliage and a HA sentiment. Pierced beside the sentiment. Tried out a couple of little shells - they didn't look good so they came off again.
Thunder and hail here today, but we have sunshine right at this moment.

Just so cute, and what a clever title!

Wow detail in your piecing Sabrina - your more than rose to Joan's high bar. (my fingers hurt just thinking about all of that tiny cutting!) Wonderful layout and papers, and doesn't that sun fit in the monthly Fan Club challenge? Hugz and thanks for the inspiration.
