This is my sample card for today's TLC challenge....
The sweet little Geisha Girl from Hero Arts Japanese Garden set was paper pieced with Konnichiwa papers from Basic Grey. The shading and black details on the kimono, the face, hair, hands, and shoes were all colored with Copics. The background paper is also from the Konnichiwa collection and the paper pieced lanterns are from My Cute Stamp's NiHao set. The felt *grass*, sewing, ribbon, and button finish it off. TFL and we would love to have you join us for the TLC challenge!!!

Beautiful card, Joan! Love the paper piecing especially with those gorgeous papers!! You've created a delightful scene. Wishing you a very Happy Birthday! And also sending prayers for your dad's full recovery. I can empathize as I spent a lot of time in the er and hospital with my dad in the last years of his life.
