My parents are my best friends. (and DH who didn't want his pic on the net).
My journaling says:
Left pages:
My Mom - She is not only my mother. She is my best friend. She taught me to be strong and to think on my own. She was there in good times and bad. We have so much in common. I enjoy working with my hands, whether it is in the dirt, making stained glass or sewing my boyÂ’s Halloween costumes. She taught me things that people these days take for granted. I have now turned the tables on her and introduced her to scrapbooking. She is really enjoying it.
Right page:
My Dad - He is a big teddy bear. My dad and I have the love of photography and computers between us. Well okay these days I am a little computer illiterate, but I remember back when I was 12 years old and my dad taught me how to make a simple computer program. I think that is what it was called. I remember growing my dad always loved photography. To this date, my dad is outside taking photos of the frozen waterfalls, autumn leaves ablaze and nature. I enjoy photography, but donÂ’t have the eye like my dad. He has always been there for me.
My parents are not only best friends, but they are my best friends. They are the wind beneath my wings.
