I took a flat paper bag and with the bottom facing up I folded the flap down until it was even with the bottom of the bag & glued that together. I then cut the corners off so it looked like a tag.I folded the bag in half and the little tag piece(bottom of bag) folds over to create the flap. You can see it better in the 4th picture.
