This week is one of my crafting friend's birthday. Her style and my style couldn't be more different. She is very well-known for her vintage/collage style. She's published regularly and has a huge following on her two blogs: Nostalgic Collage' and A Nostalgic Halloween. My style is clean - not necessarily simple - but definitely clean and fresh.
So for her birthday card, I attempted a mash-up of our styles. Thanks to today's Clean and Simple challenge - chocolate and greens - I had the perfect colors!

How delightful! Great combo of vintage and CAS. The details of each square are wonderful and really pull this card together nicely. I am sure your friend will love it!

Kim, this is fabulous. I know how difficult it is to line up these square so perfectly. I love the delicate elements you used and the soft sponging to make it look a little aged. All around beautiful!
