For this week's "nostalgic" Technique Lover's Challenge, I decided to CASE the first card I uploaded to the SCS Gallery back in the summer of 2004. I likely got the paint chip I used on this card the same time as the one I used on my 2004 card! Remember torn edges? This time I went for a more masculine feel and left off the big bow. Sadly, the photo does not show the texture in the brown cardstock.
I actually made this card Wednesday night, but then when I saw that the Technique Lover's Challenge was for monochromatic cards I was delighted to see that the card worked for that challenge, too!

I love this card! This design would make a great Holiday Card! Or a set of cards in different colors to give as a gift! It's definately going in my faves! I think I shall make some of these! Thanks, Thanks, Thanks for sharing!
