As I thought about this blog post, it occurred to me that this card truly is all about food. The Fork and Spoon image (Hero Arts) is obvious, but there's also some honest-to-goodness bakery twine here, chocolate-colored pearls, and the patterned paper is from DCWV's La Creme. Mmmmm, dessert, anyone?
It's an anniversary card, because forks and spoons go together just as special couples do!

When I first saw this card, I immediately thought of FOOD (an invitation to dinner, perhaps). But when you said it was an Anniversary Card, I thought, "what a brilliant idea!!!" - fantastic.
