This whole card started with a pack of adorable fish-shaped brads I found at the craft store. I wanted to incorporate them into an underwater scene ... and this is the result.
Lots of cutting on this card, but I actually kind of like doing it. To make the seaweed/coral, I stamped the octopus twice with Cajun Craze ink on Calypso Coral card stock, cut the "legs" apart into groups of four and then glued them on the card upside-down. To create the sand, I misted a piece of Crumb Cake card stock with water, crumpled it up, flattened it out and let it dry. Then I tore along the top edge.
All supplies are from Stampin' Up! except the fish brads. Thanks for looking!
