Cindy's challenge to the CCEE Stampers this week was a colour challenge - pink, black and white. I always struggle with colour challenges and this was no exception. In the end I went with a recent TLC and used Faux Pressed Flowers, with wrinkle-free distress for my pink background.
Baroque motifs stamped in black, background was Spun Sugar, Victorian Velvet and Tattered Rose. I used scraps of pink for the flowers, with a flower and stamen punch. HA sentiment cut with Spellbinders Tags Trio and attached with a scrap of ricrac and a black brad. Originally I had white ricrac on the card too, but I didn't like it and replaced it with some Faux Crochet using an MFT Die-namics. I put it through the Square Lattice folder to match the background and distress it up a bit. If you'd like to share your pink, black and white creations be sure to link them on the blog .
Back later to fill in the fields!!
