There's another words that starts with "M" that I need to use here, but that's because I decided I like my Distress Ink colors better than my dye ink. So now I have very colorful fingers. Since I finished this card I have tried the right kind of ink on a piece of photo paper and it looks lots different.
I used Ranger Tea Dye and Peeled Paint for my design which is just a woven design. The stuff does not dry. Well, at least not fast enough for me. Hence the mess. Next I stamped All Night Media music over the design with Archival Jet Black.
I added the punched scrap of Cosmo Cricket on the left, two Nestie Butterflies and a computer generated sentiment. I love the way it looks, and we'll see if it's dry in the morning. tfl

Carol, you have done some experimenting and come up with a really neat card. Love the look you got with the distress inks and tape. Pretty DP for your butterflies.

More lovely marbled butterflies! I've been meaning to drop you a line but we've had a manic couple of weeks.
Hmm, I used distress inks too. I did give them a blast with the heatgun before I did any more stamping, and that dried it pretty quickly. BUT, I did notice that some of it still looked wet, so I was being more careful than I needed to be because actually it wasn't wet at all.
