This adorable chicken is totally inspired by Anna Wight's Henny Penny Potholders (the latest in Anna's chicken fashion!! http://sweetmissdaisy.typepad.com/sa...icken-fashion/ I used the 3rd largest spellbinders heart for the body and a corner rounder to shape the head. The wings and beak are cut and adapted from SU's 3 heart punch and the crown is 2 petals of the MS large hydrangea punch. You can make the shelf with the top note and the decorative accent is from a Tim Holtz border die. Such fun to create. You can barely see the technique challenge tape strip, but it is subtly there! This design adds some raffia and a bow to the simpler previous design as well as a little heart by the sentiment.

Bwaaaak...Bwaaaaak...Bwaaaaak!!! It's SCHICKENS! How delightful Michele! I still have my "home made" schicken kit form you, and may need to stop hoarding it and hatch a card. You make such home-spun, farm fresh cards! Delish! LYMIMIMI!
