The large panel is dry embossed with the Tim Holtz/Sizzix folder Woodgrain. It is popped up on the card with foam tape.
The flourish die is from Cheery Lynn Designs and I used one full die cut and cut the second one apart and arranged it to the first and the remainder piece was used on the insert. The flowers punch is from EK Success and I used the Cuttlebug die Tiny Tags to cut the centers – I punch a ¼” circle and place it over the hole portion of the tag on the die and it cuts with a nice rounded edge. Aleene’s tacky glue was used to attach all the piece to each other and to the card.
The butterfly is heat embossed with InkExpressions powder on velum paper and double layered on the card. I cut very close to the raised embossing edge and attached the two together with a product named Glitter Adhesive and then to card base.
For the envelope:First I cut the flourish from a piece of scrap paper to create a stencil for sponging, then punched three flowers from the top of the paper and glued those in place so the when I sponge on the flower it wonÂ’t have a green stripe going through it.
Once the green is sponged on I punched the flower from a second piece of scrap and positioned it over the area masked off flower area, Colored in the center in with a Copic marker (do this first so you donÂ’t damage your marker with the ink). Sponge on the pink and your envelope is decorated.
