Holly's challenge today to make faux pressed flowers. It is a fun technique. I wanted my flowers to have some depth, so when I pasted them down I only did the center of the flower. I had sponged the edges. Ran them through the embossing folder and then brought up the edges that were not pasted and pinched them. It gave them more depth. Added a pearl in center. Scored lines and added punched lace and ribbon. tfl

Oh my..you have out-done yourself this time. This card is absolutely fabulously fantastic! The design, colour and those remarkable flowers. Who would have thought to raise them up! Absolutely incredible! Oh did I mention I really like it????? LOL

Wow, just stunning! I love the way you partially glued your flowers so you could lift them up after embossing. Beautiful folders and punches used on this.

Great way to add more dimension to those flowers! I really like how you did the border and then added another strip of that punched border above the scored lines...just lovely!
