My card kind of went a little different than Sylvia's, but I hope I captured at least the basic layout of her card.
I just had to use my stained glass glitter technique again on this beautiful rose framed image that was stamped on acetate and glittered from the back. Since the image was a large oval and I didn't have a nestie oval to fit, I just backed it with some cardstock and popped it up on dimensionals. I did use the oval beaded nestie for the sentiment with the same color glitter as the flower all around the beaded areas.
I added a little lace ribbon b/t the 2 panels. Used flower ef on top panel, SU Peach Parfait DSP and matching triple looped ribbon. The sparkly embellishment on the bow kind of just fell in my lap from my stash and completely matched. Don't you love when that happens? A border punch at the bottom was added and that was it.
ENJOY your reign Sylvia and thanks for taking a look!
P.S. 9x4 card - wanted to do something a little different.

Wowzers, you created a stunning beauty here, Miss Pam!! Love this stained glass technique which you totally rock on your cards! Glitter and I don't get along very well...more ends up on me than on my card, but it sure packs a WOW factor when you do it! Hope you're doing well and enjoying this terrific spring weather here in VA!

Wow this is one beautiful creation. I love the stained glass rose. Two of my favorite things. I love stained glass and I love roses. Your bow is gorgeous. And yes it's great when you have something that matches so perfectly in your stash. Thank you so much for making this beautiful card. I am honored.
