I made this as a special birthday card - there's a basic tutorial here: Flip-Down Stack.
Size fits a business envelope.
Base layer is green Bazzill edged with a gold leafing pen. I washed a piece of watercolour paper with blue and green inks and H2Os, and then stamped the leaves from a Kittie Kits on with Peeled Paint, and the HA sentiment with Versafine Black. The music notes are from WhipperSnapper's Pond Life.
The birds are from Rubberstamp Avenue, stamped on watercolour paper with Versafine Black, and coloured with distress inks. I added Glossy Accents to the beaks, cut them out and popped them up on foam.
The flip-down stack is more green Bazzill edged with gold, and organza ribbon for hinging it. The flowers are Hero Arts Peeking Posies, stamped on watercolour paper and coloured with H2Os, and some added Liquid Pearls. I added an MFT sun on front of the closed stack.
I used a Basic Grey magnetic snap to hold it closed.

Wow, Sabrina, the colors on this beautiful card are lovely and look like Spring! The flipdown is wonderful with the lovely blue flowers and the birdies are precious. Once again, lots of work and a beautiful card!
