It's the last Tuesday of the month and that means it's, "Tickle a Teapotter" time. It's also Guest Hostess time and Fran aka Philsmom is at the helm with a great story, taking us to Paris.
Here's another version of the Paris La Grande Roue.
This one is done on the Spellbinders Picot Circles die cut. I didn't use a pattern for this one, just pierced the holes and did the sewing. Then I added the gold beads on every other outside piercing, they represent where you would sit.
The center is a sequined flower by Prima that I found at Aaron's frame store a couple of years ago. I did use the Fleur De Lis die cuts for the corners.
