This was my first attempt at making a pocket card and used the SCS Flower pot card tutorial. Decided to follow it as closely as I could, with what I had on hand.
Looked easy enough to make, but turned into lots of work to have it all come together the way I wanted design wise. Beate's videos always make it look so easy, I just couldn't do it at her pace while making design decisions
When I cut the ends of my ribbon, it began to fray, so I re-trimmed and wiped the edges in white glue to seal them, dipped in embossing powder and heat set. It adds a touch of of bling and hides any dried glue stains.
The tag hangs freely from under the border edge.
Hoping it brings a smile to my cousin on her birthday.
Thanks for looking
