I made this card for a friend's birthday. I found the instructions here: http://flourishes.org/2012/02/paper-quilting/. I used scraps of K & Co McKenna paper. I ran the quilt through the Paisley Cuttlebug embossing folder and mounted it on scrap cardstock. The roses were made with the miniature rose die from Cheery Lynn Designs using the pink McKenna paper and the flourish die from Cheery Lynn Designs.
The quilted area is 4x4 and the finished card is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2.
