I wanted to make a quick card for the IC challenge before I head out the door so here it is. I used the newly released set from Penny Black...great sentiments in it. I used different colours as the ones seen in this fan: http://www.ideco.com/fans2/NC3120.htm
Cut out the frame and sentiment so I could pop dot it.

Wow Karen, this is super duper cute! That Penny Black has the cutest stamps. You sure used this one well. Fabulous fun card. Made me feel happy and it isn't even for me! hehe WOW! TFS :0)
