This is for today's CAS challenge "Monogram Cards". I had a set of chipboard letters which was given to me and I heat embossed the letter "J" with two coats of black and two coats of clear to give the look of enamel and popped it up. I dry embossed both sides of the panel leaving a small strip smooth to mask with post-it-notes - then sponged various colors, and stamped script in black. Finished by added a thin black line on either side of the sponged ink and brads.

Beautiful interest in this card. The embossed background sets the stage for that jet black enameling! And what a fun idea to sponge gradient colors - you're a clever lady, Bridget : )
