Use something from the "Froggie went a-courtin'" song as inspiration for a scrapbook page.
Well... I am working on my wedding album, so the song was perfect! I decided to go with the "Wedding Supper" thought and scrap our reception photos. I tried to keep it simple because this is a LOT more photos than I typically like to use, even on two pages, and they are quite dark... but there were a lot of pics I left out, too!
It's hard to see, but the background paper has little yellow swirled flowers on it, so I added a few felt flowers to match, keeping it very monochromatic to try to minimize the business of so many pics. I also swiped an idea from the last VSBN and used a word cloud for my title... "Smiles, Friends, Family, BBQ." I LOVE word clouds!
Overall, I'm pleased with how it turned out and I'm glad these pages are done!

Fantastic! This is definitely one of those times when the picture is not doing the page justice. And yes, one of those times when you want to preserve each picture because there are SO many and they aren't even all the same! Great job! Lucky duck with an obvious wedding supper for the song! lol

I always think it's hard to scrap this kind of photo so I'm glad you were able to make it so beautiful. I love the little flowers. Thanks for participating in my challenge!

This 'formal' arrangement of photos lends itself perfect to the occasion. The accent of little flowers works great. The word cloud is the perfect choice, really sets it all off beautifully.

I was not a scrapbooker when I got married and not until about 10yrs after my wedding and seeing your layout gives me great inspiration. I'm always thinking I need to add a ton of on each layout and this is not true. Your layouts are fabulous!!! Thanks for the inspiration :0)
