This is for today's sketch challenge and for the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Hump Day challenge to use text in an interesting way. If you'd like to check out this challenge, also hosted by Korin, here it is: Fun with Text
I heat embossed the silhouette before sponging with SU's Pool Party and stamped text over the orange dp. The umbrella is paper pieced with dp scraps. Also the sketch has been slightly tweaked because I moved the flower down, due to it's size it seemed top heavy up there.

Very nice card! The colors and papers are great and I like the text. Great image, too. That image takes me back to childhood summers when my bff and I would "walk the streets" at night during the rain. The black top was warm on our bare feet. The rain hitting the black top created steam, which looked like fog around our legs. Good times, fond memories.

Wow, is this ever gorgeous with these delicious colors put together. The paper pieced umbrella is awesome, love the way you stamped the text and the sponging is great. The sewing is pretty awesome, too!
