I was just playing around with a few different techniques on this one. I stamped my image from Our Daily Bread designs called The Mighty Sea with Memento on SU! Kraft, stamped the sentiment from ODBD The Sea, then began rubbing Brilliance white ink teardrop over the sky in places. I chose other colors for the other general areas of the scene, then added chalk, and finished off with a little detailing with Prisma Pencil and the waves were done with a Sharpie paint pen. I added a grommet, some twine and shells, and for the grass and sand I mixed 2 shades of THoltz Distress Embossing powder and embossed. That's it. It's WAY out of my comfort zone, but it was an experiment and I kind of like it! LOL!
Thanks so much for looking!
Have a great day! I'll be back tonight to make comments!

Your experiment was a HUGE success! The sky and ocean are fab, the sand/shore w/the embossing powders look great and the border w/the seashells over top look super. VERY NICE! P.S. Your hand drawn details are fantastic, too.
