Today's What To Use challenge is to use border punches. I used a scallop border punch on the bottom of my DP panel. I kept the layout super simple and was happy to use my new Paper Smooches stamps! I pieced the tulip and the butterfly in coordinating DP, and added some Flax baker's twine from The Twinery to the side of the panel.

This is sooooooo cute! I love the paper piecing and the paper you've used for your panel. Nice border, too.
