Hi teapotter's this is for Katy who likes camo~she would get along with my hubby~he likes camo also.
Cindy picked a pretty in pink room with a teapot lamp! She said to let the room inspire. Okay it did!
Only didn't quite know how to to a pretty pink room with camo. So if there's any decorators out there cut me some slack! lol
I machine stitched the pink gingham. Used a Spellbinder to cut the hot pink square. I used VersaMark on the lamp base, teapot and sentiment and heat embossed with Ranger's seafoam white ep.
I staped the shade with pink. I cut out everything by hand and assembled the lamp. the teapot was a separate stamp that I glued to the lamp base. Punched a gingham heart. Punched the sentiment out with a modern label punch. The picture hanging on the wall is a Melody Ross brad. The flowers were punched out of camo dp~layered times three and a brass brad. Punched two MS sprigs. The lamp is sitting on a MS mini doily cut in half. I put a pink and camo heart on the inside. And a camo hat. I hope Katy likes it.
Cindy thank you for being the hostess with the mostest and for all you do. TFL
Hugs Linda

Rut roh! You go girl! Guess what? Sweet Mallorie invited her best friend's cousin's daughter's neighbor who is an interior decorator specializing in Pink Camo. She took one look at the way you combined the classic gingham with a camouflage teapot lamp and stormed outa the gallery in a jealous fit of rage! Turn's out she's not that good at decorating! Snort! Good riddence! She ate most of the cookies while she was here!
What a stiner you are....bringing your A game and showing her what's up! Snort!
I love it, and Katy will too! That doily is the perfect finishing touch! PS...thanks for the kind words!
