I realize that itÂ’s only the beginning of February and there are several weeks of winter left, but IÂ’m really happy that Stampendous has designed several new spring flower images, like this Cling Botanical Daffodil to keep me satisfied until the real thing comes along.
I created my four squares of color for my background by inking up my plain acrylic block with ink and pressing the block onto the white cardstock. Then I inked the Daffodil image and stamped it in black . This is a super easy technique, but really allows these line images to POP off the page.
For a little something extra, I added a bit of paper piercing around the edge.
