This pair of cards would be easy for a beginner with a limited supply of stamps. One set and one big background would be enough. I used the Itty BittyÂ’s just because I made a booboo and this covered it.
I stamped the background flowers three times before inking again if possible - donÂ’t stamp a second time if your stamp has gone off the edge or youÂ’ll end up with two shades of ink on the image. If you want it lighter after re inking just stamp it off on scrap paper or build two cards at the same time.
The flowers are all cut out and taped to the card. For some stampers that seems such a chore but itÂ’s worth the time for an elegant look.
The oval is the scrap from the other set I did so it is layered onto the card.

This are gorgeous cards too!! I see what you mean about the BG! I do that ALL the time...sometimes it's because I don't want to drag out another stamp set!! hehe! I've used that IBB many times to cover up my boo boos too! A small tip end of the marker works great too!!
