This is for the Sweet n' Sassy Inspiration Challenge which Patricia and Taylor brought us on Wednesday - here's the fabulous photo they chose: SNSS Inspiration Photo
It's also for the Featured Stamper today, Shirley, (wannabcre8ive) who is a fabulous stamper and has such a fun gallery. I chose this absolutely fantastic card with a ship...I love the old map dp in the bg! I was in awe of this card, but there's no way I could come close to making anything too similar. I think I'll be back to do another CASE from Shirley's gallery later. Shirley's Card
I kept the layout, but added a sentiment and twine.
I felt a little lazy making this card as the dp did most of the work...there's a glittery boat silhouette and Patricia's photo had sort of a sea theme. I added a sentiment from the SNSS set God's Purpose and an anchor charm, plus some white dots for stars...I'm imagining being anchored in a quiet harbor at night and looking up at millions of glittering beautiful stars and thinking...yeah, I reckon He can handle my problems alright! : )

why would you feel lazy? it's my goal to make cards in a lazy way, sometimes less is more, and if you try too hard, it looks overdone. very striking and i think it's perfect.

This is gorgeous, Bridget...I love the dark colors against the light background and your famous multi-stringed twine bow...what a beautiful accent against the purple! This is simply darling!
