This is a very quick card to create using mainly tools to decorate the card, IÂ’m using this and couple other flower tools in one of my card sessions today with a friend. There is a link to the other two below if you want more ideas, this was my favorite!
The vellum flower die is from Spellbinder Shapeabilities.
The leaves die is from Sizzix purchased through Stampin Up, attached with AleeneÂ’s Paper Glaze.
The Houndstooth embossing folder is from Cuttlebug.
The scor lines above the embossing are created with the Scor-Pal and a metal ball stylus.
The button is a ¾” Cuttlebug circle die which I laid over a Sizzix button die to create the holes and it’s embossed with the Perfectly Paisley folder from Cuttlebug.
All the flower layers and paper button were glued together and to the card panel using Aleene’s Paper Glaze and I punched 1/16” holes through the remaining layers then sewed by hand with a thick crewel thread through all layers to make sure the flower is secure to the panel.
The flower is pink and white vellum, unknown company name.
The rounded corner punch is from EK Success.
The sentiment is from Hero Arts.
IÂ’m using this card for one of my card sessions with a friend today and to see a couple other designs, one using a daisy die and one using a flower punch, click here for a direct link to my blog post.

I can see why this is your favorite of the 3 cards. The vellum creates such a soft flower; so beautifully done! I love that sweet button and score lines, Roxie!
