Trish's description of Lisa was to a T how I would describe her. I think of rainbows, beautiful CAS cards and her beaming face in that wonderful DD picture. When I went to CASE one of her cards, I knew what I was looking for: BUTTERFLY BIRTHDAY by lisa lara at Splitcoaststampers
I don't know about you, but years ago I had a fibers problem...not whole grains, but those pretty yarns and strings and such. I fell in love with them and bought some new "threads" nearly weekly. My use of them however was disproportionate. I still have a couple of boxes of them. When I looked around my craft room for inspiration my eyes rested on those fibers and this card was born. Just wrapped ROYGBV (no indigo, drat) around a square of white CS and mounted that to a Neenah white card that had been marked with a blue Copic border. Added the sentiment that reminds me of Lisa and done.
Congratulations, Queen Lisa, enjoy your reign. Thank you all for looking and have a peaceful day.

Marie, this is so great. I love the fibers in all colors and that sentiment couldn't be any more perfect. The wisdom of children - some times I have to dig out stamps like this one and listen to them! This one in particular. Hope your week goes wonderfully. Hugz!

How creative. I almost looks like an abstract painting. What a way to give someone double the pleasure-a beautiful card and some fibers for them to use on their own creations.
