This is for LateBlossom's One Layer Challenge and for CAS153 (Loll's fabulous colour block sketch). I struggled with the placement of the blocks and image/sentiment stamp, and ended up with them not nicely balanced so trimmed a bit off the bottom. That made the proportions of width to height look wrong so I used a border punch on the opening edge. What started out as a 5" square card ended up a 4 5/8" square card.
The sentiment / flourish stamp was stamped in red and heat embossed in clear first, and then the shadow blocks were stamped in pink on top of it - it was easy to wipe the pink off the top of the embossed red.

I frequently resize my card after it's done! I love the placement of the swirls and sentiment........and it's in RED!!!!
