When my mom asked for something with twine wrapped around it, my mind immediately went to a frame. I used two oval dies nested in each other to cut out a frame from chipboard, and then I wrapped this red twine around that frame. My hand was cramping by the time I got that wrapped! LOL
So what goes with rustic red twine? A cowgirl stamp, of course! I got lucky that this image from Deadbeat Designs was just the perfect size to fit inside my frame. Pshew! I colored it with Copic markers and paper pieced the dress.
This fun sketch is from this weekend's Sweet Stop Sketch (SSS141). I used Texas colors and the "Howdy Y'all" sentiment to pull it all together. :-)

What a clever idea for twine use. I'm going to have to keep this one in mind. Great card!
