Thankfully, this sentiment is absolutely true! I am pretty sure we are all sailing some kind of stormy sea right now, but I have a friend who is in the middle of a hurricane! Health and financial - two of the hardest kinds to sail through sucessfully. I love the Our Daily Bread Designs Challenges, somehow they always help me produce a card that I know will make someone feel comforted (I am guessing that is because all the ODBD stamps are geared toward that!).
This week's challenge is to make a card with items or tools starting with the letters that spell WINTER. Here is my list:
W - white, word window punch
I - ink
N - notes (see them in the bottom left corner of my paper?#
T - triangles #two)
E - embossing, Eternity stamp
R - ribbon
Fun challenge.

Nancy, I love how your cards reach out, and the sentiments are always perfect. The calm blue bg is so striking with the black framing- and I love your seam binding. Beautiful to look at, and beautiful feeling too. LYMIMIMIMI

Good morning, Sunshine!!
Yes - That's you! and all the rays of light you bring with you!! You seem to always be sending joy, happiness, comfort, and compassion - all tucked inside your cards - every time!!
This sentiment brings comfort, knowing He will be with us always, one way or another, to bring us through the difficulties we face. The soft blue bg is perfect and your DP and black framing with the ribbons brings us RIGHT TO the message of peace. Praying for your friend to feel the comfort of this message and get through the 'storms'.
Big Hugs - LYMI!!

Beautiful. .love the contrast of the sea blue and the black. . .and the hint of new life springing forth from beneath the darkness. . .or as the old hymn "God Moves in a Mysterious Way" says, Behind a frowning providence, He hides a smiling face! Love the bits of ribbon holding it all together!

This sentiment actually touches my heart as I think about the people who were on that cruise ship that capsized. From a person like myself that frequently cruises, when dishes start to fly across the room....I am outta there!!! lol My brother-in-law and sister-in-law got on a cruise ship the morning after this happened. This is so pretty. I know you friend will find that sentiment an inspiration. This is just gorgeous.
