A dear man from our church passed away last night and I wanted to put together a sympathy card for his widow. I looked through the wonderful inspiration site for today's challenge and found this cool Asian screen that features a branch with cherry blossoms http://www.polyvore.com/my_dream_liv...et?id=41870496 and decided it would make a nice image for my card. I started by stamping my image in Versamark then into the Early Espresso ink onto vellum then embossed in clear ep. I used my markers on the back of the image and added some extra color on the front as well. I cut my Basic Black frames and used scor tape on the edges then added the skinny pieces and put the vellum that had been cut into thirds onto each screen. I adhered the two outer pieces then added stampin' dimensionals the the top and bottom of the third screen piece and popped it over the other two. I stamped my sentiment and added a couple of black pearls.

You created a beautiful screen for this sympathy card, Gail! So sorry for this gentleman passing on, but I'm sure his widow will appreciate your thoughtful card!
