For today's Free 4 All challenge, we were to make a "fickle" Valentine. We were to make a Valentine with something warm and something cold. I decided to dress my little penguin in a baker's twine scarf. He will be sending a friend of mine some warm thoughts. The paper is from an older Pink Paislee collection. The penguin is from The Stamps Of Life, morepenguins2love set and the sentiment is from an old MFT set. I used a black archival pen to create some faux stitching around the heart.

Emily, what an adorable card. Love your little penguin with his baker's twine scarf. I'm a sucker for gingham, so, of course, I love your gingham heart. Great valentine for today's challenge.

What sweet colors, and your penguin is wearing a scarf which means it must be very cold! I like your added faux stitching around the heart and pretty bow!

I think this is absolutely adorable!!! Never thought of combining winter and valentine's day, but I just might have to do it! What a cool (no pun intended) challenge. Really cute.
