I used a cloud template to sponge on the sky and put the ink on heavy. When I got down to the area you see as pink I placed a piece of torn paper across the panel before sponging the last strip of sky. I then reversed the papers and continued to sponging with pink. Another piece of torn paper was placed across the bottom to sponge on the black, then I stamped on the silhouette images.
Butterflies: Martha Stewart punch, I scored wing lines on the front, flip it over and embossed using a metal ball stylus and folded paper towel for cushion and avoided the lines and edges. They are glued to the card with AleeneÂ’s tacky glue.
I used a plastic stipple brush to add the speckles on the background layers and did the same inside and on the envelope.
Paper piercing was done along the edge of the light blue panel going across the card using Tim Holts ruler and Bazzill piercer.
EK Success punch was used to punched the white flower center
