Wonderful sketch today! I had this sweet daisy image that I had stamped and fussy cut a few days ago and thought it would work out for today's sketch. It was stamped on ivory c/s and I used a white Prismacolor pencil on the daisy petals. The rest of the image was colored w/ markers.
The frame was stamped w/ the butterscotch ink on the butter colored c/s and die cut w/ a rectangle die. I used a white gel pen on part of the frame. I didn't have the color of c/s I wanted for the backing layer, so I used the butterscotch ink on a piece of vanilla.
The honeycomb bg was stamped on the textured mustard c/s and I added a few punched out circles just for interest. The green strip was embossed and a little white ink was rubbed over the top. The sentiment was added in the lower right corner. Finished card is 5.50 x 4.25.
Thanks so much for looking! My blog:The Write Stuff. Sorry! I had to delete a bunch of really old posts from my blog & this is one of them.
