It's been too long since I've had time to play along with the ODBD Shine the Light challenges. The current one is a sketch, and the pennant element made me think of ships flags. So I made a quick card using some unused ticking background I made earlier.
A2 base. I masked off 1/4" all round the edges and stamped the lighthouse with Versafine Black, and the cheesecloth with Pumice Stone distress ink. Then I sponged the edges with red and drew fine red and blue lines just along the edge of the stamped area.
Ticking background is RubberNecker striped backgrounder stamped on white card. Can't remember the ink as I had a couple of rejects from an earlier card today. I distressed the edges.
Pennant is a scrap of blue Bazzill, embossed with SU lattice folder and swiped with Chipped Sapphire distress ink.
Sentiment stamped with Versafine Black and layered on a scalloped circle cut from white and sponged with ColorBox Pigment Scarlet. I added an old flatback button.

Ah, Sabrina, what a beautifully refreshing card - I know you live near the sea and use its inherent beauty frequently as your inspiration - so good to see all the elements you've combined - the ticking, the cheesecloth, and the texture! Love the little button too - glad you came to the challenge this week! Hugs!
