Great sketch Rox. Say, do you ever tire of hearing that? Hope not because you find the best sketches ever! Loved this one......details....
Bottom up...on white cs I stamped the RN pine sprig with black then clear ep sponging pear pizzazz and peeled paint over.
#2 - using mosaic tape I put several of my kept thin scraps on it making the strip. This weeks SCS's Weekly Inkling #289 has info similar to this called Herringbone. Check it out.
#3-a & b - stamped itty bitty bg using black, clear eb then sponged on caramel.
#4 - have wanted to try a reflection using a digi so I did. I printed out this Prairie Fairy Design digi, then printed it out again using the Mirror On setting, so it was the reverse. Coloring was done with w/c pencils. On the top one, I stamped itty bitty bg in blue, clear eb'ing. Then added glossy accents. The bottom was versamarked and clear eb with ultra thick ep twice. Glued these two together adding liquid applique on the seam for snow.
Layered this with black cs. Put all the panels together popping upt the #4 one.
Well sure hope this little snowman doesn't fall into the water or he will be "history"! hehe Have a great evening all!....TFL :0)

Just adorable....never thought about using a digi for a reflection, nice to see how that worked out. Like that wild pine straw looking background. Cute, cute, cute.
