After an extended 2 week challenge because of the Thanksgiving holidays, Tuesday Throwdown is ready for a new challenge and it is to make a masculine holiday card. The DT is furnished digital images by Dude Time Doodles and I'm using their image called O' Christmas Tree.
I colored my image with Copics and went on a search for paper that I thought would be appropriate for a masculine card. At the same time, I wanted it to be 'not so drab' and a bit cheerful for the holidays.
I have some punched deer on each side of my sentiment thinking that will make it a bit more manly.
Thanks to Peggy-Sue for the Hot off the Press-Christmas Words.

Well, you did both Benz, created a masculine feel with some cheer mixed in. Love the dp you chose and your nestie framing of that fab image is perfect. A reindeer border punch turned into separate deer????? Well, I take back everything I said about you not being clever, cuz this is very creative. BTW, WHO, BUT YOU, would have a reindeer border punch????? You are so far ahead of me in zee punch department!! Wow, I love this one OL Benzi!

Great card Benzi, the deer are a wonderful touch by the sentiment and I love the frame around the image. Masculine holiday cards are not easy but you did a super job!

You put a tree stand in the tree and some corn on the ground around those deer and you have yourself a masculine card girlfriend....lol This is just wonderful and a great masculine card. I love your papers and the deer too! I have threatened my husband that I was going to a deer before him because I see them all the time. Love the theme you chose for this fabulous creation.
