Frosty...my fav guy (right next to you-know-who). I love this chilly lil guy. He is framed with Spellbinder Fleur di Lis and is surrounded with icy-crusted twigs I found a local floral shop. (Michele, am I getting use outta these or what, eh?) He is covered in micro glitter after coloring with Copics and is popped up on a TH label die. The image was a gift, and is unmarked. If you know who made this image, please let me know.
Thanks for looking. Brrrr.......

I KNOW...eh!!! Those branches are popping up everywhere in your gallery and I knew you would find 100 different and perfect uses for them...and so you have!! Your glittered Frosty is completely adorable and looks like he could be drawn by the same artist who did the Hampton Arts relaxed snowman, but WS also has some cuties in this style (those are my best two guesses!!) Hugs and prayers.
